How Long Will It Take for My Order to Arrive?
Orders usually ship within 24–48 hours once payment is received.
We ship via Canada Post, and delivery times depend on your location and shipping method:
- Local:
- Priority/Xpresspost: Next day
- Expedited: 1–2 days
- Regular: 1–3 days
- Regional (within the same province or nearby area):
- Priority/Xpresspost: Next day
- Expedited: 1–4 days
- Regular: 3–6 days
- National (across Canada):
- Priority: Next day
- Xpresspost: 2 days
- Expedited: 2–8 days
- Regular: 4–10 days
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is scanned by Canada Post. If you don’t see this email, check your spam or junk folder, or reach out to us directly.
Do You Offer A Veterans’s or First Responder’s Discount?
We thank you for your courage, service and sacrifice by providing a 15% discount off your invoice. Please email your National Identification Veterans Card, Certificate of Service, First Responders ID or similar proof to Pathnaturals2022@gmail.com before placing your order. Once approved, we will set you up with your own personal coupon code that can be applied to all future orders.
What Methods of Payment Do you Accept?
Payment is made using Interac E-transfer and or Cryptocurrency.
How Do Interac e-Transfers Work?
If you use online banking with a Canadian bank or credit union, then sending an Interac E-transfer takes just a couple of minutes. Instructions will be provided with your online invoice and orders ship only after E-Transfer have been received. If we receive your payment by 12PM PST (3 pm EST), your order ships the next business day, or else it ships the following business day.
How to place an order with Interact Payment
1. Add products to your cart and proceed to checkout.
2. Complete the form with your shipping details and place the order.
3. To go ahead with the payment, please follow the instructions below.
💳 How to Pay with Interac e-Transfer
1. Log Into Your Online Banking
-Access your bank’s website or mobile app.
-Navigate to the Interac e-Transfer option.
2. Send Payment to Our Email
–Send payment via Interact to: pthrdrs@gmail.com
–In the Message, ONLY include your Order Number (example: “12345”).
-Do not mention “Path” “shrooms” or “mushrooms” in the notes or payment details to avoid any processing issues.
-Double-check that the amount and email are correct.
-Submit the transfer.
3. Order Processing
-Once we receive your payment, we will begin processing your order.
-You will receive an email confirmation once your payment has been verified.

I’ve Sent My Transfer, What’s Next?
Once you’ve sent your E-transfer, it can take up to 40 minutes for us to receive an email notifying us of your payment. Your E-transfer will be pending until we collect the E-transfer (when we process your order).
What Will Happen if I do not Submit Payment?
Once you’ve placed your order, the next step in the process will be to submit an Interac E-transfer. Your order will be kept On Hold till we receive your E-transfer. If we do not receive your payment within 2 days, your order will be cancelled.
How Will My Order Be Shipped?
Your order will be discreetly packaged and vacuum-sealed to protect and maintain your privacy. We ship using Canada Post Xpresspost mailers or nondescript boxes with no indication of what is inside.
I Did Not Receive My Order, What’s Next?
If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, let us know and we will file a trace with Canada Post.
If a trace is filed, Canada Post will conduct an investigation (which can take 5 business days to complete). If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable”, we will send you a 1x replacement package, free of charge. We do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any postal issues.
